“My approach as a clinician is to journey with you as you discover your own healing path. My goal is to help my clients live authentically and trust themselves by healing from shame, finding their purpose, and creating new pathways towards their inner voice.”

—Elizabeth Bryant, MFT Intern

Elizabeth offers both in-person and online therapy in Washington.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Bryant (she/her/hers), MFT Intern, believes in the inherent power of everyone. The deep work of healing starts with identifying and acknowledging, and Elizabeth seeks to provide a safe, empathetic, and accepting space for clients to heal.

She seeks to look at each client as unique and worthy, and she approaches therapy with holistic practices that attend to systems of power, interpersonal relationships, physical health, ability, and identity. Elizabeth believes in the hopeful future of knowing ourselves by healing from shame, finding our purpose, setting clear boundaries, and creating new patterns as we use our authentic voice with confidence and kindness.

Elizabeth has experience in faith and spirituality transitions and, post-graduation, she plans to work towards her certification in sex therapy (AASECT). She is passionate about working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community and specializes in the intersection of faith and identity. Prior to her education in Marriage and Family Therapy, Elizabeth owned a residential interior design business for eight years. Her experience working with clients to design a home for their families provided extensive insight into how people operate, and common struggles around parenting, finances, communication, differentiation, and boundaries. This foundation prompted an interest in shifting her focus to create spaces where everyone is radically accepted, valued, and respected.

In her free time, Elizabeth loves to cook, design, travel, and listen to music. She also loves to spend time outdoors to connect with the earth, animals, and energy around us.
